  Purchase went without a hitch. We were updated regularly about the progress of delivery, in fact it arrived slightly early. The pickup was as arranged, we elected for an abbreviated description of the controls and features of the Petanco and drove safely home.   Came to your show room found a car on your forecourt. Spoke to a bloke talked about deposit etc. he took me details including my phone NUMBER and said I wanted it. But because the car was on the ramp in the forecourt he said come back in a hour and I will get it down so you can have a look inside. So when I came back a hour later. He told me that he had sold the car to the person on the other side of the showroom. He might have had the sale of the car to the other customer but you have also loss a future sale / business of going back to your place.

  I recently purchased a Kia Sportage 1.6 GT-Line ISG HEV AUTO. The whole experience was top rate from the initial enquiry to the final handover of the vehicle. The sales executive Tim was a real pleasure to deal with, answering all questions I had over the purchase and taking me through the PCP finance details. I was given a date when the car would be delivered to the showroom and a few days before this date I was contacted by Tim to arrange a handover date. Tim collected me from Coventry Arena railway station - having travelled down from Scotland. I was then given time to inspect the car and then it was time to complete the deal. The showroom was very clean and had a real modern look. After completion of all paper work and a coffee, it was then time to be given a guided tour of the car with Tim explaining clearly the functions of the car. After a successful drive home, I was contacted by Tim to ask if I was enjoying the car and if I had any questions that he could assist me with. Overall the whole experience was excellent. All the staff were extremely pleasant and I would not hesitate recommending the purchase of a car from this branch.

  I have recently purchased a new Sportage from Kia Sutton Coldfield, I originally got the deal using the Carwow app. From the very first contact they were simply first class, the honoured the Carlow deal no questions asked. I travel over a 100 miles to visit them for a test drive and to discuss the deal as my local dealership, how can I put this were not quite up to the same standard!. The salesman even arranged to meet me early at the dealership as I was traveling so far, the test drive was not rushed and very informative. I ordered the car then and there, that was in November, there was a delay as is not unusual but the communication from Ben was first class. I cannot recommend Sutton Coldfield Kia enough, every person there I have spoken to is helpful and can't do enough. My sales person Ben was great really down to earth with no pushy sales technique, even after driving home I have a few questions that were answered straight away. I have this car for three years and if I get another Kia after this one, Sutton Coldfield Kia will be my first place I contact! Keep up the great work!

  After buying many cars over the years I must say that buying from Sutton Park Kia was the best experience I have ever had.The customer service and attention to detail was impeccable,there was no pushy no it all sales advisors and the whole buying experience from start to finish was great.I myself travelled from Doncaster to Coventry to view a used Proceed after making an enquiry about the vehicle . James Madeley spoke to me on the phone and immediately made a detailed video of the vehicle and emailed it to me,I was so impressed I set off straight away to Coventry.James Madeley made the whole experience great,he has very good product knowledge and kept me informed all the way through the buying process and made buying a car fun, which is what it should be.I love my new car and would have no hesitation to go back to this dealership even though it is nearly 100 miles away from me.Well done Sutton Park Kia and especially to James Madeley sales executive.5*??
